2011 Annual Reading Roundup

Per tradition, it's time for my annual wrap-up of all the books I read in 2011. For some reason, I couldn't crank through the books like I have in years past, but I didn't do *too* badly (better than last year!). I hate when you read the duds or get stuck in a title...still, I had some good reads too!

On with the stats!

Number of books read in 2011: 154 titles
Number of books read in 2010 (for comparison): 128 titles
Average of books read per month: 12.83 books
Average of books read per week: 2.96 books
Daily average: 1 book read every 2.37 days
Percent of fiction read: 89%
Percent of nonfiction read: 11%
Number of audiobooks "read": 18
Number of books read in the Kindle: 14

And now, for the best books of the year (in my humble opinion, of course!), in author alphabetical order...
