Bought copious bags of mulch and 33 feet worth of new rock edging for the front bed and the hosta bed in the back...

More new mulch and some pansies by the garage door (and my lovely rhododendron in full bloom!)...

Three new rhododendron bushes, a bunch of heavy-ass pavers put down, and three pots that I'll fill with various flowers throughout the coming seasons (pansies for spring) flank the front bed...

New edging in the back, and two transplanted hostas from Hilary's family - they have taken off beautifully!

My "herb garden" and a repainted table I've had for years - it looks much better! (and a jaunty pillow for the chair, because the colours made me happy!)...

And, of course, some beautiful pots of flowers to see from inside the house for the back porch, with my pretty birdhouse in tow (and a Havanese obviously enjoying the view)...

Of course, SOMEONE still thinks my water feature is her own personal drinking fountain... ;-)

And though it's not for the outdoors, I'm also awfully pleased with my most recently framed crosstitch extravaganza...I've worked on the four pieces on and off for over ten years, so I'm glad to have them completed and framed together. Four quilts, four seasons...

It's not exactly tiny, but it fits the wall, I think...

Hope your spring has sprung as well! :-)
