Oooo fun! I hope you don't mind if I steal it and use it in my LJ! :-) I'll give you credit and a direct link!

1. A movie: "A Lot Like Love"
2. A book: "Lord of the Dark Lake" by Ron Faust (it's out of print, but totally worth hunting down.) If you can't find it, try Janet Evanovich's "Metro Girl"...very funny!
3. A musical artist, a song, or an album: Bruce Springsteen "Devils & Dust" (his new one)
4. An LJ, diaryland or blog that you read that I don't: Well, I could say mine, but it's an LJ and I'm not sure if you're an LJ user (but if you are, friend me!) I also have a blog here, but it's empty. LOL. So, all that aside, two blogs that are must-visits: Alex the Girl and City Stories, which kind of isn't a blog, but kinda is.
5. What I should have for dinner: Thai!
6. A website: Some really cute toons
7. A quote: "Nobody got anywhere in the world by simply being content." (Louis L'Amour)
8. Words of wisdom: I look to my desktop calendar for those, so I'll share today's: The door of each day opens to a brand new world if you look with yeart as well as your eyes. :-)
9. Something to do this weekend: buy a new pair of shoes! (or at least go looking and dream about buying them!)
10. A TV show I should be watching and why: "The O.C." (if you don't already) because it's great escapism.

Well, I am not going to fill in all the blanks but here's what I've got for you:

2. A book: Why Girls Are Weird by Pamela Ribon. I think you will love it...it's about a girl who has a blog and issues ensue.

3. An album: Ryan Adams latest: Cold Roses

5. Dinner: Greek food! Oupa!

7. A quote: "Wit has truth in it; wisecracking is simply calisthenics with words." Dorothy Parker

10. Everwood: A sappy WB angst filled drama. Cheesy goodness for all!

1) Um, you've seen all the good ones I have. We've frequently cross referenced.
2) Little House books--you're really missing out. And your librarian card should be put on probation until you read them. :-)
3) Willie Nelson's "The Great Divide." Received several Grammy noms, including best album. Includes duets with Sheryl Crow, Kid Rock and Lee Ann Womack.
5) Microwave popcorn and Bacardi Silver.
6) www.rottentomatoes.com
7) "Life is what happens to you when you're busy making other plans."
8) Don't be hard on yourself when you're tired.
9) Come swim in my pool! And sell crap in my yardsale.
10) Law & Order SVU - the actors. Occasionally the storyline, but mostly the actors. And they take care of bad people who hurt kids.
